Nayli Russo helps leaders hold power without self-betrayal.
She is the Latina founder of Russo Leadership, where she equips executives and teams to perform under pressure without losing themselves — or their people. Her proprietary framework, Strategic Identity™, shows leaders how to adapt to high-stakes moments without slipping into borrowed leadership scripts that erode trust and credibility.
She is also the creator of Undeniable Latinas™, a global community where Latinas reclaim presence, credibility, and agency in systems not built for them. Through coaching, content, and connection, Undeniable Latinas™ empowers women to lead without compromise and own their voice unapologetically.
Nayli brings deep experience from prior executive roles in healthcare and sports, including her tenure with the Pittsburgh Pirates, where she launched the organization’s first Leadership Academy and drove culture-wide transformation.
As a Venezuelan immigrant who arrived in the U.S. with a doctorate in pharmacy, limited English, and no network, Nayli built her career from the ground up. That journey shapes her mission today: to close the costly gap between people and performance by developing leaders who claim their power without compromise.
Known for her piercing clarity and cultural fluency, Nayli has been featured in Hispanic Executive, NYC Journal, and Pittsburgh Business Times, and has delivered keynotes at the Global Impact Forum, Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, and Penn State Readiness Institute.
— Justin Aglio, Associate VP, Penn State Outreach & Executive Director, Readiness Institute
"Her keynote at the Global Impact Forum was one of the highest-rated sessions of the entire event. Watching Nayli command the stage with insight, passion, and precision was a masterclass in leadership. She doesn’t just improve organizations — she transforms them."
Katie Sears, Wounded Warrior Project
"The attendees raved about Nayli’s sessions. They truly appreciated her time, knowledge, and authenticity. The impact of her presentation carried through the entire weekend — the women left feeling inspired, energized, and seen."
Kevin Dietrick, Associate Dean for Strategy, University of Pittsburgh
Nayli’s insight and coaching left a lasting impact on our students. She brought wisdom, empathy, and clarity — challenging them outside their comfort zones while showing them how to lead with confidence. Many still talk about her impact today."
Doug Conant, Former CEO Campbell Soup, Founder of Conant Leadership
"Nayli is an exceptional talent. She has a gift for sifting through complex situations with clear and powerful insights that can lead to materially improved outcomes. Her leadership training and strategic frameworks don’t just improve organizations—they transform them."

Click the “Book Nayli” button and we’ll set up a call to talk about your event, audience, and goals.
How do we book you?
Fees vary depending on format and scope (keynote vs. full-day, corporate vs. community). Most corporate keynotes range from $7,500–$12,500; workshops and longer engagements are quoted based on needs.
What are your fees?
I believe leadership development should be accessible, not reserved for those with the biggest budgets. That’s why I partner with nonprofits, schools, and mission-driven organizations — extending the same identity-centered frameworks I bring to boardrooms and conferences. From women veterans to first-generation students, I offer special pricing so that impact doesn’t get blocked by budget.
